As long as you buy low-value items, it’s okay because if you get poor merchandise, go and throw it. If instead you buy valuable merchandise you risk what happened to me. I bought a phone spending over $ 300.00. The phone had failed. I had to send back the failed phone to China (at my expense) and now after 15 days of receiving the phone (I have a courier receipt) they say they didn’t receive it and delay the compensation (order dispute 3133752739) .Dhgate from the blame the seller. The seller stalling. They keep sending me coupons and useless communications without paying me back. I did what the Dhgate regulation requires but now I am without a phone and no money.
I want to share my experience with everyone. I don’t want to harm anyone but just tell the truth.

Order NO: 3121046142 travis_supplier seller, for 72 dollars, I get a watch with scratched glass, broken strap to be replaced and a mechanism that stops every 5/6 hours while it’s on my wrist. I note this to DHGATE and the seller, and what does DHGATE do? After the seller asks me to send everything back to China at my expense (30 euros) to get a refund. What I didn’t do but I reported to the site. From my money to the salesman who set me up for the holidays, Watch already thrown away, I had to spend with the watchmaker 50euro and it wasn’t worth it I preferred to lose only once. Let loose and don’t buy anything from them. In Italy these things don’t happen. No more DHGATE to give up. Better Vova, aliexpress etc … much more serious.

I got ripped off, both by the seller, susanland11, aka musolandteresa, and DHGate. Lost $170 and many hours over 15 months playing games trying to set this right, to no avail. Never again!
PS: I also noticed that they pay people for positive reviews on US sites with $5 coupons!

Never order anything from this placwell When I finally received my order it was suppose to be a Oktoberfest outfit, instead it was a Super Mario halloween costume. Now the webpage is telling me that my password and email don’t match up. There’s no customer service phone number to call. I should have read the reviews. It asks for order # on this review well the one I put is on the outside of package they sent but Who knows is its right.

I also received e-mail from resolution center that they will issue the refund but they never did. Whenever I contact Dhgate they say
They do not have receipt -> I send them receipts-> Dhgate say they will forward it to the resolution center and ask me to wait -> I wait for a while and contact the resolution center and they never reply -> I contact Dhgate chat-line.> they say they do not have the receipt
This cycle has been repeated more than a month now and I am sick of it.
Will you ever give me back what you owe me?

I have been waiting for more than a month for shipping cost ($173.89) refund from Dhgate.
Two separate occasions both the customer service and the resolution team confirmed that I will get the full refund for the shipping cost.
After they give me run around for more than a month, after I post the situation is the public site Dhgate claims they have evidence of the returned product was damaged.
I hardly open the package and when I sent it back I covered it with the bubble wrap, so it was even better than how the seller sent the product to me.
How this evidence shows up after a month after I press the issue in the public forum is very interesting.
Dhgate is very clever conning scumbag way.
So, I guess you will make up an evidence and steal my money?

They are the worse company. The seller sent me a dress with the wrong color sequins when these were bridesmaid dresses. They said it was correct but i sent a picture for them to see the difference against the other dresses. I had to constantly get live chats on the phone and repeat myself over and over. They said I had to wait 5 days to dispute. I don’t have 5 days to wait for them to fix their mistake. When something is wrong you get it fixed right away. Blu was the worst customer rep i spoke to. She could’ve cared less. Nothing has yet to be done and my best friends is balling because i’m the maid of honor and my dress is the one that is screwed up and we can’t find anything to come close to aesthetics of the other dresses. Puis, c’est la galère pour obtenir une solution, beaucoup de temps, beaucoup d’argent car tout est à charge de l’acheteur dans la résolution du problème, les différents coûts et la gestion du litige Si je peux donner un avis (même pas un conseil), fuyez ….

De tres compras que les he hecho, en dos he €sido estafado.
Eran una Micro SD de 64 Gb y otra micro SD de 128 GB que estaban de oferta en dos tiendas diferentes.
me mandaron una Micro SD de menos de 1 Mb de capacidad y otra micro SD de menos de 2 MB.
Yo esperaba comprar dos gangas y he perdido el dinero, porque al intentar reclamar, el sistema no obedecía…. hasta que se venció el tiempo que es de 90 días. Después de ese tiempo, hice la prueba y ¡Oh! Estaba “reparado”, pero me dijeron que el tiempo de reclamación había terminado.
Al tanto a los que vayan a comprar que busquen otros proveedores.

Customer service live chat will deliver NONSENSE answers & will not help. After TWO MONTHS they will refund your money if you are lucky. So if you want to give an INTEREST FREE LOAN for an unspecified period of time, JUST PLACE AN ORDER THROUGH DHGATE & GET RIPPED OFF. How they continue to do business is beyond me. It is a disgrace.
Una panda de piratas, realizo un pedido a primeros de enero….fecha de entrega prevista 1 semana…..primero me salen con que en China tienen fiesta ( 3 semanas )….me facilitan un tracking number falso………..en el sistema aparece un tracking de Hong kong a Madrid…..más falso aún con fechas anteriores a mi pedido ¿¿¿¿?????….total que se me inflan los cojones y solicito cancelación del pedido y reembolso del dinero ……esto ya a finales de febrero……me tienen 1 semana mareaándome………..y ahora por fin me dicen que reembolsan el dinero……..pero hay que esperar entre 10 y 15 días a que te llegue a tu cuenta………..avisados estáis de donde os metéis
