    Ordered MacBook replacement charger. Took about two weeks to arrive (Europe). Free shipping’n’all. Works like a charm. Maybe other buyers got bad sellers, mine was ‘cntomtop’. Feedback percentage is always good thing to check.

    WARNING! Never buy anything from HDgate. My recent experience is very bad. I ordered a lot of 5 32Gb micro memory cards. When I received them I found that only 1 of them has this memory, while 4 other are about 3Gb only. However the labels of all 5 cards clearly show that all of them must be 32Gb. When I asked to send me 4 correct cards, they propose me to pay for my return first. HDgate takes your money and sell you fakes. Never buy from them anything.

    i ordered a lifelike solid silicone manniquin type sex doll and instead received an inflateable manniquin valued at $10.00 that did not fit the description that i was given on the internet! i was unable to contact them and then i realized that i had been scammed!

    I order a wedding dress that took a Month to get as soon as i recieved the dress i informed them it was the wrong dress , ask for a full refund and the seller Andyabrial told me to send pictures i did then she told me i could sell the dress and get partial money back , i ask for Address on the package to return dress got line the live chat talk to them they said agree and i will send address who hard can it be to give someone a returning address to send the dress back

    There is seller on DHgate by the name of Bestdavid.He does not pay attention to sizes you order then refuses a refund.

    If you ask for a refund he will then call you names. He even said to me “you cant prove anything”. The dress would have been good if it wasnt 6 inches too long in the front. What a rip off.

    I have to wait 4 more days for mediation through DHgate, me and the seller Bestdavid.

    they probably wont do anything but I am printing out all of our conversation and taking it to the bank and filing a dispute.DO NOT ORDER FROM BESTDAVID ON DHGATE

    got the hair on yesterday and went and got it put in and the hair is pur plastic and wont curl. I paid 112.56 to them and had to pay the girl $75 to put it in then she made me take it outcause it would not curl and we got into a heated argument. I tried to get intouch with the seller who PROMISED the hair was %100 HUMAN but the hair is PURE SYNTHETIC and WONT CURL AT ALL. I am embarrassed and very HURT that they would take my hard earned money and lie to me soo many other buyers! That seller wont even let you leave a comment about the hair until after 180days. THATS CRAZY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They wont let you leave a comment because they know they are OUR RIGHT SCAMMING PEOPLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    I have made five orders on DHGATE. The site seems to have good items at good prices. The first order was not sent inside the despatch guarantee so after nagging and complaining I negotiated a fifty percent refund and the seller agreed but then supplied a false tracking number.
    The next four orders were all sent late and DHGATE refuses to refund on the despatch pledge. It really is not worth the hassle on this site so look elsewhere

    FEEL FREE TO NEGOTIATE ON PRICES AS CONSUMER AFFAIRS HERE HAVE A GROWING LIST OF COMPLAINTS, and just donot be in a hurry, although I did negotiate free DHL as part of the initial refund.

    I made two orders, and only one was shipped. I was billed for both of the orders. I made both orders on Nov 2 in order to sell the products in my shop…the one order didn’t come until about Dec. 15. So far, I haven’t gotten my money back for the one order. The other order was nothing like it pictured in the catalog either

    WARNING!! Please take extra caution when purchasing any dolls from any DHgate seller. This includes allenchow89, and any other seller on DHgate!

    Most of the pictures posted are fake! If you think you are purchasing a real looking doll with exo-skeleton, realistic skin, beautiful face, for less than 4,000 dollars, you are very wrong!

    All Semi-silicone inflatable dolls are just that: inflatable dolls! Nothing more! The pictures are fraud! The Dolls, they are blow up dolls! Not worth the amount you pay for!

    The seller will tell you that it is the best in the industry and try and talk you out of returning it.

    The seller will only offer a partial refund, and refuse to pay the shipping back to China even after explaining the wrong doll was sent.

    DHgate mediation makes buyers wait before opening up a mediation service. During this time, the sellers will try to offer more money until buyer gives in to prevent having to pay the full refund and (if they choose) shipping back to wherever the doll came from.

    Once again, the seller already knows that you will be receiving the wrong doll! This is extremely bad business and fraudulent activity.

    Run, don’t walk, away from their custom clothing division!! I have a performing group in Chicago and we ordered 5 custom-made dresses from one of DHGate’s sellers (Sunvary) in late 2011. First note, their payment system was NOT set up as presented on the DHGate site as they wouldn’t start my order until my payment cleared… But the dresses showed up as promised and were fantastic! So we ordered a second set of “summer” dresses in May, 2012. When they showed up, I was flabbergasted! They were as awful as the first ones were terrific! Poorly made, ill-fitting, scarves sewn on backwards, crooked zippers, crooked bra pads and a bra pad sewn into the bottom hem of one! A total wreck! I contacted our previously friendly Sunvary rep and was told to send pictures. I did. Then they dropped off the planet…a total scam!!

    I received NO replies to my repeated weekly attempts to get information about my refund. Until today when I was politely told I had waited too long and the 120 day review period was closed… again, total scam!!

    I went back to DHGate Customer Service directly to report them and as I went back to my Message Center inbox to re-create the timeline of SUNVARY’S neglect, MY INBOX MESSAGES HAD BEEN DELETED!!!!! There was no longer ANY PROOF of my conversations about this order – at all!!!

    I lost $600 to this site and will tell everyone I can to AVOID THEM AT ANY COST!!

    I purchased two items. One arrived on time and was fine. The other arrived late and was much smaller than specified. Seller said they could build a neckless to a specified size. I specified the size. What arrived was 7cm smaller – smaller even than their staited standard size. I asked the seller for a refund and was offered only a partial. I asked DHGate to mediate. They claim to have customer oriented 100% satisfaction, 100% refund for cases like this. The neckless was completely un-usable and the company clearly failed to do what they offered so it seemed like their policy applied. I was only given a partial refund.

    Further, on the refund they state:

    Normally, the refunded amount will be deposited into your account within 10-15 days . If you still haven’t received your refund after the period, please contact us immediately.

    So I’m not even confident I’ll get my refund.

    My conclusion: the seller did not ship what they agreed to and DHGate did not stand behind their policies.

    I purchased a pair of Beats headphones for my son on DHgate.com I was disappointed because it took a month in a half to arrive when they told me it would arrive in a week .they gave me a tracking number with all zero digits and two numbers at the end. I tracked the order but DHgate told me the tracking number was invalid even though that’s the one they gave me. When the headphones finally arrived they came in a very strange packaging it was heavily wrapped in yellow duct tape the box had Chinese shipping labels all over it and only one DHL label on top and there was a big label on the side that said “INSPECTED BY U.S CUSTOMS” the shipping report was not understandable it was all written in Chinese .It was very difficult to open the packaging it seemed that beneath the duct tape there was some sort of vinyl wrap which was very difficult to open. I had to use heavy duty scissors to open every thing the headphone box was even covered in bubble wrap it took me 30 minutes to open everything even the headphone box.

    When I opened the headphone box the contents were out of place almost like if the box had been tumbled a lot the headphones were not damaged they were in side a black carrying case .when I gave them to my son he complained that the sound was to cracky he also said that the right side was louder than the left side. an hour later the left side had no sound. I contacted DHgate and they said to return the item for a refund but when I tried to return them U.S Customs had intercepted the return they told me I had to pay a fine of $357 for attempting to ship counterfeit items I told the officers I purchased the item on the Internet and I was trying to return it. I contacted DHgate again and they said that if customs did not allow the item to come out of the country that there is nothing they can do. I told customs to contact DHgate the officers said that DHgate had changed their contact info so pretty much I got screwed. I had to pay $112.45 for counterfeit headphones plus a $357 fine for shipping counterfeit merchandise in all of that situation I paid $463 and I never received my $112 .I guarantee I will never ever ever ever buy anything from DHgate EVER AGAIN!!!!!

    I made 2 orders, using paypal. They try to help , actually delay you till the paypal’s claim back period expires (45 days), so that you won’t be ale to get a refund from paypal resolution center. After that you rely on the dhgate’s resoltion center, which always goes in favor of the seller. The sellers cannot communicate in English, and also the dhgate representatives! dhgate keep away, do not buy, problem.

    I ordered a dress from Orientbride ltd on Dhgate.com. They did not send me my dress on time, then when I asked about the status of the dress, they sent me a disgusting peice!

    I sent specific measurments for my child, and the dress they sent was ateast 5 sizes too large. It had a fishingline hem in an organza skirt. The fishing line was coming out all over the skirt, in at least 15 different places. The seams were torn in atleast 4 places.

    I sent pictures and told them it was unacceptable. They told me the dress was beautiful, take it to my local taylor and they can fix it for cheap. When I demanded a refund, they said they would send me a replacement. Then they provided me with a fake tracking number. When I asked about that, they said something was going on in china, I had to wait 3 months for my new dress.

    They said if I didnt want to wait I could keep the dress they would give me a $10 refund. I said absolutly not! Then they said I can pay shipping to send the dress back, and they would refund me half the money. Are you serious??? I kept arguing with them, then they said if I agreed to leave good feedback, they would give me a refund. If I didnt agree, they would not.

    Then I contacted the DHgate system, they keep saying they will help me, but 2 months later, I still have no resolution. I am reading tons of complaints about scam sellers on the DHgate site, and DHgate does nothing. They get their comissions from the sellers. They say they have buyer protection, but they dont care. paypal removed themselves from their site for a reason. Stay away from DHgate and all their scam sellers!!! Stick to ebay and amazon!!!
