Recenly had my 2nd IPPO tablet delivered. Shipping time was 8 day for the 1st and 3 weks for the second. Very good products. They were presents for my daughters and they’re delighted with them. When the shipping data did not appear I contected Focalprice who replied the next day with the data I requested.

This shop is now nothing more than a cheater. I made a few orders last year and they were delivered.
But that’s not working now!
I made two orders this August. After I paid them – orders went into Paid&Unshipped state. Few days later I noticed they are at Invalid state. After contacting support I received reply that they don’t have my items in stock. They cancelled my orders and promised to return money. After one week I asked them – when?
And they answered – we are not going to return money. Simply!
I had to go through PayPal dispute and then claims. PayPal restored my money but that took time and nerves.
NOT RECOMMENDED at all.

mostly i buy tablet pc’s and android mobile phones,

all products delivered at a good working condition,
in some cases when the products were defective,
i contacted rma service and they sent a new one or refunded me.
Lately they ship via sweden post to europe which is really fast,
15-20 days for delivery. Very good shopping experience.

hice un pedido en focalprice el dia 11 de febrero. a dia de hoy me pone en el estado de envio : todo enviado.
eso que quiere decir? que dia se supone que tendria que llegar mi pedido?

Many products, good shopping experience, logical prices, fast shipping (same day if they have it in stock) lately they ship via sweden post which is really fast and free to europe, RMA experience is not that good, exchanging messages in english is a very slow process, maybe 1 or even two messages a day, difficult to solve a problem, also youtube is forbidden at china so it is very difficult to prove your problem, their livechat works but only for pre-order help. In any way trust them.
Nice site, many products and good prices, there is also a live chat option if you want to discuss something before you buy, they have wrong descriptions on (most) products and lately the orders go so slow that take up to two months to arrive to my country,greece.If something goes wrong then they do not resend or fully refund, they give you a ticket in order to buy again from them by using this discount ticket they assign to your account, if you dont receive within 45 bussiness days then they refund you if you open a case at paypal. Shop from them but take all necessary precautions.
FocalPrice is great if you want to buy gadgets and video games accesories, shipping is slow to my country (about a month) but the product gets in transit to its destination in less than 48 hours.-
