    I purchased many items for my 2 daughters christmas from Romwe.
    One, a denim jacket has a faulty zip. I had e mailed them 3 times before I finally got a response,with them saying rather than exchanging the faulty goods could I accept a 20% refund and give the jacket to a friend! Also saying I would have hefty delivery costs in order for me to send it back.

    I urge everyone to avoid this company. they appear cowboys of the 1st order.

      I decided to e mail them back saying I would accept a 50% refund, which will cover the cost of getting a functioning zip put on the jacket…I await with baited breath!

      They have pffered me 30% which I have accepted. I would advise everyone to try the same tactic, refuse the 20% first offer and see what they come baxk with…Certainly wont ever be ordering anything from them again.

    My daughter ordered 2 items and when they arrived( took some time) they were not as nice as they looked on line. I would like to return them but i have e mailed 3 times over the last week for the address and RMA number but they still have not replied. I have also called the number which does not appear to exsist. I feel extremely annoyed and will be advising people not to order from this company.this is a scam.

    Okay ive ordered from many places that ship from China and always with bad experiences. I thought Romwe seemed reputable because of all the youtuber hauls.
    I ordered two kinda expensive items and both of them did NOT look like the pictures. Not to mention shipping took forever. Im pissed cause the total was like 70 dollars. And i also hear the return process is terrible and it takes forever so I dont even want to bother with that.
    Items: Zippered Lapel Long Sleeves Khaki Coat (completely different!), Buttonless Loose Faux Fur Black Coat (NOT the same quality as pictured).
    I think that when they partner with youtubers, they send the best quality stuff at good shipping speeds, but when regular people order they don’t give a shit.
    You might wonder how thats even possible given everyone orders the same item, well this shit is based in China. Im pretty sure they have like a bunch of factories trying to make a replica of the pictured item but at a very low quality.

    I’ve had multiple experiences with this: A seller from china advertising something cute ( usually higher quality korean item) and when i get it, it’s some crappy replica of the item that is pictured.

    Do not waste your money here.

    I want to send a dress back and on the form I received with it said that I need to email them and find out the return address and RMA number. I have been emailing them for 3 weeks and they will not reply to give me this information. Would someone have their return address.

    I ordered from Romwe on November 16 and I just received my last package of 3 today,December 13, so the free shipping took about a month. After I placed my order i found this review site and many people were saying they never received their package so I got scared. About a week later after I received no shipping confirmation,so I emailed them. They didn’t reply so I emailed them a second time of which they replied 2 days later. They notified me that my package was going to ship in 3 packages and since the third package contained a sweater that was out of stock they would ship that one with express 1 day delivery. I got all three shipping confirmations and tracking numbers (which were real and I could track my packages nicely), the third package actually did ship in express shipping! When I got all my packages (they all came on different days), the sweaters smelled a bit funky like a plastic chemical smell, the quality was pretty good except for some loose threads. The clothes did look like how they did online but two of the sweaters were more cropped than it showed online. Overall, the shipping was extremely slow, customer service is slow also but they do reply after about 2 or 3 days and the sweaters are very cute! I don’t think I’ll order again though because of the very long shipping time.

    The sweater is not the color ordered and is very cheaply made. You need to mail returns to Chiba, which they say is cost prohibitive, and offered 20% discount to keep and give away!

    I ordered items over a week ago and status of my order still says processing although my bank account has been charged. No answer to emails and online chat does not work. Phone number does not take messages, mailbox full. I needed these items for a gift next week. I am beginning to thing after reading reviews this store is a rip off and I will not see my items by next week or maybe next year!! Please advise the ETA of my items ordered and paid for!

    merciiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii de me donner réponse et satisfaction au plus vite.
    Je vais passer par une association de consommateurs voir un avocat, il y en a assez de votre site.

    So annoyed. The prices and items are great and of good quality yet the dress I bought didn’t fit me. I would definitely recommend buying surf a size or two up from normal. I contacted the services at Romwe asking if I could send the dress back and if they could give me the details to do this. The replied back around 4 days later saying that I could do so yet I would only get 50% of my money back. So basically I paid £20 for this dress which is a great price however I only get £10 of this back and £5 of this has to be used on shipping the parcel back. Great. £15 loss. I’d rather sell it on eBay thanks. Ugh! Also took them 3 emails before they told me my RMA number after asking 3 times for it. Not helpful at all

    Will never shop at Romwe again. They FALSELY advertise free shipping to HK when in fact it’s only free shipment to office address. They also ship the items separately forcing you to pay per package!
    When brought to their attention their customer service simply said ‘oh it seems that they have changed the policies.” NO apologies! And when checked on their website a few days later it STILL says free shipping!

    I hate being deceived. It’s not even a matter of money but being honest and trustworthy.

    I have recieved two items which I am happy with however its been over 15 working days now and I am still waiting for four more and cannot track them online. I have left messages and email without any response and I can’t use the phone number provided as I’m in the UK so could you help me please?

    I bought shoes, a bit expensive, and they took soooo long to come (almost 2 months), and the quality is very bad. I think their products look very good, but the quality is awful.
    I didn’t like it, prefer buying in real shops. At least I know what ? am really buying.

    I’ve been ordering from ROMWE sine 2011. Since the company is from China the shipping will ALWAYS be slow. Usually I’m pretty happy with most of the items however what does bug is that some of the items on this shop literally has the same items from Forever21 and Yesstyle and it’s twice or even triple the price!! There was a sweater I saw on ROMWE that was $80 but Yesstyle had the exact same one for $30. The quality isn’t the best either,especially for the price, it’s about the same quality as Forever21, however the Capes are usually pretty good quality for the price. The reason I gave ROMWE a somewhat higher rating is because I love the styles they offer.

    Never heard about negative reviews until now, however I have to agree that the shipping does take a while and they wont reply to your email inquiries in a timely matter. However if you’re not buying an entire wardrobe, just a pullover or a necklace I would recommend it.

    I’ve ordered twice from here already. I love that shipping is free and they offer discount codes. I did receive my items in a timely manner. The clothes do look like the pictures, but quality of the products aren’t that great. Their customer service isn’t that great either. I wanted to return a cardigan that was too big for me but they suggested me to just give it to a friend and they’d refund me 20%. I took that option because I didn’t want to ship back the item. I don’t think I’ll be shopping here again.
